CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the high demand for services, I kindly ask all guests to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the service fee. For the safety and comfort of everyone, I ask that you do not bring any guests or children to your appointment. Please plan accordingly, as I will need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive with anyone accompanying you. There is a 10-minute grace period for your appointment. If you arrive later than this, I reserve the right to either refuse the appointment or provide the service only for the remaining time, with the full price of the scheduled service still applied.
